Horse for lease in Indiana for sale in Indiana

I Am offering my horse Shenzi up for lease. Would like to do a full/ half or care lease on site in Sheridan, IN at the boarding facility he is currently at. I will consider offsite to the right person/ trainer. Preferably within the state of Indiana.

Shenzi is an Appaloosa gelding, about 10 years old standing around 15.2-16 hands. Will have to measure again for an exact height.

⭐️ Pros: ⭐️ Very flashy, brave and cute. W/T/C under saddle. Does not get spooked often or easily. Will hack out on his own or in a group, he has been off property trail riding and did great following a friend. I have taken him out during shows at the farm to get him introduced to the show atmosphere. Under saddle He will go through water, over ditches, up and down banks at a walk. Also Been lunged at a walk/ trot/ canter over green as grass/ starter XC jumps. Just started jumping X rails under saddle.

⭐️ Cons: ⭐️ He is green and out of shape. Can be pushy on the ground, Is more comfortable with front shoes and requires being ridden with a dressage crop. He will need a confident experienced rider as he will often test to see what he can get away with. Has a tendency to be barn & buddy sour, but with consistent work & instruction he is great. Right now he is only being ridden once a week by a friend of mine. He can be nappy, especially in canter transitions. He has improved a lot over the past several months but still working on getting him to be more willing to work. He Will improve with more consistent riding.
