Here is that cute, laid back, fun to ride and easy to enjoy horse that has a unique look to him. Cody is a 9 year old 15 hand grade paint gelding that we are excited to offer to the right home. He has been a true solid trail horse his whole life and took to learning the balance of the arena well. He knows his leads, neck reins and will go in any way that you want him to go. He really has a true laid back personality, and was not an easy horse to photograph because not too much gets his attention, haha. He really does enjoy attention though, and looks for you when you come out to the barn or pasture. He is easy to catch and halter and will always be that same, fun to ride, horse every time you get him out. He has been ridden western, English and does not mind it if you hop on bareback. He gets along well with other horses and does great on the trail no matter if you want to lead, follow, or fall somewhere in the middle. He is smooth to ride and will be there for you the entire trail ride where you don't have to kick hard to keep him going at the end of your 10 mile ride. He wants to please you and will give you all he has no matter what you ask of him. He is wearing shoes all around because of where we ride. He does great for the farrier and will stand well for you in the cross ties, or stands good on a single tie. He has been on miles of trails and over a lot of different terrain. He crosses any type of water way, and will go over bridges and does great in traffic. He has been ridden around a lot of different farm animals and has seen a few different ones on the trail. He is not a spooky horse at all and will help his rider feel more confident when they take him to new places. He will hop on and off the trailer with ease, and can be stalled or pasture kept as he does not have any bad habits.
