Intent on Silk is a 2019 model AQHA roan mare standing a solid 15hh. This mares flashy looks go ideally with her breeding. Family ranch raised mare and a Dual pep / Peptospoonful stud. Silk was orphaned as a foal and pretty much was raised as a puppy dog, and that explains her personality to a tee. Silk was been born and raised in the mountains of cowboy California. She has a great “cow horse” type of handle and has never bucked, gotten fresh, or cinchy a day in her life. She will pivet on her hind end, has a collected stop and has smooth leads. You will have a smile on your face every time you swing a leg over Silk. She is one of the coolest calm minded mares, who acts just like one of the geldings. She has been used daily to ship, sort and doctor cattle all over the mountains. She has well earned the title of “ranch horse”. She has seen all aspects of nature and wildlife. Crosses any type of terrain and water with ease. Silk will stand tied, load up in any trailer and is great for farrier. You can have confidence pulling her out to ride no matter the length of time off. Silk has that one in a million mind that everyone looks for in a young horse.
