Skitchy is a once in a lifetime horse. If you are looking for your unicorn with one heck of a story, you have found her! You won't find another horse like this one. 2 years of professional training using positive reinforcement and classical dressage training we have taken Skitchy from feral to foot-perfect. Skitchy has blown us away. Skitchy and 6 other Morgans came to our farm from Whispering Hearts Rescue. They are part of purebred Morgan herd that was seized 2 years ago. If you have been following our facebook page you will know what an incredible journey Skitchy has had and how much she has grown and changed in the two years she has been with us. From completely feral and untouchable Skitchy has now developed into an incredible partner and riding horse! She is steady carrying a rider w/t/c in contact, is understanding lateral work and has been popped over a couple of fences. She even is perfectly safe and comfortable being ridden bridle-less WTC!

She has been off-property, trail ridden and was ridden past lawn tractors, inflatables being set up for a summer camp and past all sorts of farm machinery and intricate jumper ring jumps and she was unphased! She both leads and follows on the trails without worry and was fine going off on her own for a canter through the fields!

Skitchy despite her name has developed into a confident willing partner and is more whoa than go.

Skitchy has also participated in several of our trick horse clinics and is trained to do a few tricks! She hugs, self halters, stands on a pedestal, performs nose-to-target, waves, bows and her absolute favourite trick is to smile!!!

Skitchy is great for the farrier, vaccines, worming and is getting quite confident with trailer loading as well!

Skitchy measures a little over 14.3h and takes up leg extremely well. The rider in the pictures and video is 5'7". We are looking for perfect forever home for this once in a life to gal.

Skitchy is located near Smiths Falls ON but we are very familiar shipping horses all over Canada and the US and can recommend several amazing haulers.
