Gyspy Vanner/Halflinger team deluxe.
Everyone meet Snitch and Snatch - the most amazing set of ponies you could ask for! If you are looking for a stand-out pair that will get you noticed whether you are riding or driving, then look no further!
These gorgeous guys are full brothers and are sired by a beautiful Gypsy Vanner stallion and a haflinger mare. Snatch is the older gelding of the two and is 6 years old. Snatch has the one with an almost all white mane. He stands a measured, 13.2 hands tall, and is pretty as a picture. He is very stout made and is well balanced. Snitch is 5 years old and is just a tad taller standing 13.3 hands tall and is also extremely easy on the eyes. As you can see, Snitch is also stout made and well proportionate. They are very easy keepers that will not require much in the way of feed cost!
These two boys have wonderful personalities and love the attention of anyone willing to give it. They are extremely gentle and easy to catch. They both have great ground manners, stand tied, will load in any type trailer, and are great to shoe. Snitch and Snatch are both very patient and stand great to be harnessed. You can slide the collars directly over their heads and ground drive them without them being pushy to hitch up to the wagon. These geldings have been worked on either side and have been worked alone or in big group trail rides. These guys are extremely easy to drive and have been driven by children and inexperienced drivers. While working, they will walk, trot, and even canter in harness, as well as back. When you ask them to stop and stand, they respect "whoa" and will not move until asked.
In addition to being a great driving team, these two ride awesome. They will both walk, trot, and canter and have been ridden down the roads and through the trails. They will cross water and logs and go wherever you ask. Both are very sure footed and really pay attention out on the trails. They are traffic safe, parade safe, used to being ridden/driven around livestock, farm machinery, dogs, and are not spooky. These boys are 100% sound, healthy, and ready for their next home and to bring years of enjoyment and memories!
