Nugget is stunning, 5 year old, palomino that stands right at 15H tall. Nugget is sired by MR HOO RAY who has earned $41,557 and 36.5 AQHA points in Heeling, VRH Cutting, and Working Cow Horse. Nugget has old fashion shape and good bone topped by his golden yellow color that is absolutely breathtaking in person. He is my pick for the daily chores or ranch rodeos. We have owned this gelding since he was a 2-year-old and has been one of our favorites to have around. He is full of talent and heart making him first pick when a job needs to be done. Nugget has also been with a reining trainer and knows all the maneuvers. He changes leads, has a big stop, and fun fancy spins! Nugget can lope around slow and pretty on a loose rein all day long! With all the exposure this horse has had in and out of the arena this beautiful gelding has the potential to go far in any of the ranch riding classes or go on and finish him as a rope horse. He crosses logs, bridges, creeks and rocky terrain with caution and finesse. He has seen the sights of town, four-wheelers, tractors, flags, and whatever other scary situations that might come his way and handles it like a pro.
