Meet Cover Girl… a 5 year old Clydesdale/Quarter Horse mare standing 16 hands tall and weighing ~1600lbs. Cover Girl is quiet, gentle, and safe for all levels of riders. She is very easy to ride and goes the exact speed you ask her to go. She has a very good stop on her, moves off leg pressure, and turns around well. Cover Girl has been hauled across the country and has been used as a turn back horse. She has packed kids down the dirt roads, trails and the arena. Cover Girl has never offered to buck or get fresh and is truly an all around family type horse that can be handled by anyone. We have ranched on her quite a bit and she knows how to sort cattle, open and shut gates, etc. She absolutely loves the water. We have taken her down countless trails, backroads, city streets and highways. She is dog and traffic safe! She has a very calm and quiet demeanor with no spook, snort, or jumpiness to her. We have dabbled in the English with her and she will collect up beautifully as well as jump. You can walk out in a huge pasture and she will come walking up to you. She lives turned out with both geldings and mares and lives peacefully amongst them all. Cover Girl is great for the farrier, baths, grooming, and just standing tied in general.
