“Cheeto” is an 8 year old Haflinger gelding that is not only cute, but as handy as they come.

This gelding will ride inside the arena, or outside of it. He has a HUGE stop – I am pretty sure he thinks he was a reiner in a past life. He has done some ranch work and has many more miles outside of the arena than he does inside of it. He has pushed cattle at the sale barn and knows what a day’s work is. There has not been much to be found that bothers this gelding.

He has been down the dirt road, in the hayfield, and has crossed water. At his age, he could continue down the trail or make a name for himself in the arena. I think this guy would love to see a rope and hit the heel side. He has athleticism if wanted, or will walk down on a loose rein. He has the right mind to make a great one!

He is as easy of a keeper as they come – no maintenance, no shoes, no special food. This is him in pasture condition with a round bale and water!
