The gooseneck area is an open storage/sleeper space (not a traditional living quarters). Electrical, insulation, and flooring have been installed, making it functional as-is or easy to customize further if desired. No bathroom.

Tires are aged and should be replaced prior to hauling horses. I hauled it 3.5 hours from the Chicago area home last fall on them though.

This trailer has been owned and used by our family to haul horses to rodeos across the country. We have downsized and no longer need a trailer of this size.

All finishing materials currently in the trailer are included. The mini fridges shown in the photos are not included.
