"Whiskey " Bay Gelding Mustang

“Whiskey Business”, a 3-year-old - Mustang gelding from the Pancake HMA in Nevada. Currently standing at 14.2 hands.

Whiskey was assigned to a youth competitor for the Tennesee Extreme Mustang Makeover in 2023. He competed in TN well in a class of over 50 youth competitors and placed middle of the pack for his classes. Following the EMM he remained with the barn owner to allow him time to grow and mature until he was at an age where he was ready to be lightly started under saddle and Holly Rossenau did a fantastic job getting it done.

Whiskey knows everything you’d want a 3-year-old to know. Leading, lunging, trailer loading, good for vet and farrier, ties and cross ties. He’s a very confident horse in the environment and is super sweet. He is developing nicely in the walk, trot and canter on a loose rein in a large arena and is starting to accept contact as well. He fits right into a herd of horses as he is kind.

Whiskey is liberty trained walk, trot, canter, and at the shoulder in a large space.

He LOVES to jump and has been lightly free-jumped. He has perfect knees and a natural balance and lift. He will thrive with someone wanting to jump and event him when he’s a little older and would look stunning in a dressage ring. He would make a good trail horse as well due to his non-spooky nature.
