He came to his current home and has been a family/trail horse. He did sit for over a year as his human family kept growing. He is currently being ridden by my 15 y/o youth at our barn 5-6 days a week to get him back in shape.
He does w/t/c. He can be a little sticky on his leads but he does figure it out quickly. He is a goofy horse with lots of personality. The family has some timid and very young riders and his large presence and lofty trot are intimidating and they would like him to find a home that appreciates him for him so they can find a horse more suited for their very young family.
Health-wise - He has had no issues other than being treated for ulcers and given sand clear after losing weight this spring. He is UTD on teeth. He eats well, grain with a fat supplement and grass mix hay. His coat is shiny and he has been putting weight on consistently. Routine farrier, vetting/vaccines, chiro twice a year or more. Can be stalled or 24/7 turnout. He is a cribber, but is manageable with lots of turn out and a cribbing muzzle when inside. Asking $4500.
