Tex is 12 year old, 15.2 hand, stocky, Dun, Quarter horse gelding. Non-spooky, non-forward and non-aggressive. Great personality, sweet, patient, forgiving and smart gelding who takes care of his rider. You can ride him around bareback and in a halter. Confident and experienced trail horse who rides out alone, leads and follows. Crosses traffic, water and bridges. Will walk all day with a loose one hand neck rein, slow jog and smooth comfortable lope. Takes his correct leads, stops and backs with ease. Easy to catch and easy to handle. Ground ties, cross ties, picket ties, loads and hauls. Stands to be groomed, tacked, mounted, fly sprayed, for farrier, etc. No kick, bite, buck, rear, crib, nor weave. 100% sound.
