"SOME R TROPHY MODELS" Black Mare Paint

*** Proudly offered in our annual online summer sale going on now - Oct. 11th! ***

"Indigo" is just as wonderful and kind as she is pretty!! She is a striking looking mare with flawless conformation, the most perfectly striking tobiano pattern and a strong pedigree to back her up! (Sire is pictured 4th photo). You can search high and low for a tobiano of her caliber and quality and most of the time, you will come up short. They are not easy to find!! She is also homozygous for the black gene so cannot ever produce a red foal! She had an absolutely STUNNING homozygous tobiano black and white colt this year and was recently weaned. By looking at her, you would never even know! Yet she still raises a big, shapey, fancy colt. We did not breed her back on purpose, we were waiting for a tobiano stallion with our breeding to breed her to early in 2027, so she is NOT open due to any fault of hers! She has had 2 foals, both via AI and took right away both times. Foaled on her own and is a great mother! She absolutely loves being pampered! She will get along just fine out in pasture with other horses, but she also loves living inside, wearing her fly mask and fly boots...
