"Slim" Sorrel Gelding Quarter Horse

“Slim” – 7-year-old sorrel gelding. AQHA (Appendix) registration. Up to date on vaccinations and in perfect health. Solid feet. He’s gentle and takes a saddle and bit without fuss. He reins very well and is quite agile. He can work cattle out of brush and get them into the corrals. He will lift all four feet and stand for the farrier. He will trot alongside an ATV which is VERY handy on the ranch. He has a decent, though not perfect, ground-tie. He loads easily into a trailer. Slim is very food oriented. Easy to catch with a bucket of grain. He’s really a nice horse to be around.

He is a little spooky, no bucking at all, but shies away from strange objects, so he's not for a novice rider. He’s young and just needs miles put on him to get over it and I do not have the time for that right now. He’ll make a great ranch horse once he settles down a bit.
