Registered as Saw How Impulsive, this handsome 6 year old chestnut gelding stands 15.2 hands tall and is registered with AQHA, APHA, and NSBA. Sawyer is the kind of horse that quickly becomes a barn favorite with his sweet personality, willing attitude, and love for attention.
Sawyer is a very gentle and forgiving gelding that is easy to get along with every day. He is easy to catch and will often meet you at the gate ready for whatever adventure you have planned. He has been kept both outside and in a stall and does well either way. He falls right in the middle of the pecking order and is a low maintenance, easy going horse to have around the barn.
Nothing seems to bother Sawyer. He is good with flags and tarps, has had ropes swung off of him, will pull a sled, and rides bareback with ease. He has seen and pushed cattle and handles new situations with confidence and a willing attitude. His calm and steady nature makes him enjoyable for a wide variety of riders.
In the arena, Sawyer is a smooth and comfortable ride. He neck reins, trots with a natural headset, lopes slow and collected circles, and has a nice stop. He has the look, movement, and demeanor to excel in the show ring whether your interests are Western Pleasure, English classes, Hunter Under Saddle, or Halter. He is the type of horse that can be competitive while still being enjoyable and uncomplicated to ride.
Outside the arena, Sawyer is just as dependable. He is a great trail horse that will confidently cross water, step over logs, and navigate different types of terrain. He rides out alone without issue and is equally comfortable going with a group of horses.
Sawyer received a full health examination on 6/8/26 and sells with a current negative Coggins. Horses with his combination of looks, training, personality, and versatility are hard to find.
