Sassy is a 5-year-old Shire Γ Paint cross mare standing just over 15.1 hands. Sassy is the type of horse that Dad can go move cows on, Mom can do drill team, and the kiddos can learn on! She has a sweet personality, willing attitude, and very versatile, she is the go to!
Sassy has done a little bit of everything. She's been used for cowboy chores, trail riding, lessons, carrying flags, pulling sleds, camping trips, and even a few playday events. She is the kind of mare that excels on different jobs and enjoys being that jack of all trades.
She walks, trots, and lopes quietly with smooth, correct transitions. She rides well off both a neck rein and direct rein and is easy to get along with. On the trail, she confidently crosses water, steps over logs, goes through brush, and walks across bridges without hesitation. Traffic doesn't bother her, and she's the same horse whether she's ridden every day or has had some time off.
She is easy to catch, enjoys attention, and has a kind, patient nature that makes her enjoyable for a wide variety of riders. She's the type of horse you can trust to take care of her person while still being fun to ride with a few fun buttons to show off.
