Meet Salsa, a 6 year old registered mustang. Salsa stands at 13.1 hands and has the sweetest personality. Salsa is a great hunter or jumper prospect. When I say this pony is a quick learner, she started jumping courses within five weeks of her being under saddle! Salsa is very easy going and jumps willingly around a cross rail course, taking any distance I ask of her. She definitely has the scope to jump bigger.
She has an easy transition to the canter. Salsa does simple changes and is working on her flying changes.
She would make a great pony for a kid with a trainer or a project show pony with a more intermediate to advanced rider. Calm and steady, she would excel as well as a lead line or camp pony. Salsa has no vices and is easy to catch in the field, safe on the ground, leads well, very calm, and loves getting attention and being groomed by the kids.
