Reba loads well, and is trained to be on a stake out or high tie. She is easy for the farrier, is no problem to bathe and goes through brush, cross bridges and water fine., Reba will stand by a mounting block as well.
Little things for her: She developed warts in her ears. Vet said leave them and that they are not contagious, but she became somewhat head shy when bridling. A loose bridle should solve this problem (ours is tighter and you have to pull her ears through) She is fine with haltering. She likes the water so much she could lay down so you have to watch that. She can be a little bit slow so some light spurs might be helpful.
Reba is a big stout mare, 15.2 hands, and an easy keeper. She has been my husband's horse, carrying 250+ pounds easily. She has not had a foal as yet. She has a soft eye, thick long mane and tail
Reba is currently shod on all four feet and up to date on vaccines, Coggins and worming.
