"Ranger" Black Gelding Quarter Horse

Ranger is a quarter horse gelding that has been ridden by all ages. He is a super gentle and quiet gelding that rides low headed and relaxed. He has been trail ridden by timid riders with no difficulty. He will ride out alone, is great in a group, and he is brave through the woods. He stands 14.2 hands tall and is 12 years old. He is a seasoned ranch gelding that has been used to check, sort, and push cattle by an older gentleman and his wife. The grandkids have ridden him all over the farm and at the fun shows. He has also been used for lessons in the arena under English and Western tack. Lots of commotion and loud noises do not get him excited. He is not spooky and is a very relaxed, civilized, and very calm. He has a nice one hand neck rein, he stops easily, he backs up, and he will one step lope. He is smooth at the jog and canter making him a very comfortable mount. He stands tied, loads, bathes, and hauls with no fuss what so ever. He has excellent ground manners. He is a true gentleman and will be an asset to anyone that purchases him. Excellent confidence builder, husband horse, or a great horse for inexperienced riders.
