This handsome guy is a true trail partner. He has a steady walk on the trail. Will lead or follow and is confident when leading the pack.
Pumba is easy going, dependable, and anyone can enjoy him. He is good with time off. We have never had to lunge him. We just step on and go. He is not spooky, crosses whatever he is pointed at, and will confidently handle the sights and sounds of the trail. He has been through the center of town and up in Rocky Mountain National Park in the high country. He is sure footed and really good at traversing uneven terrain.
He is not buddy or barn sour and has been super willing to go new places without a fuss.
Pumba neck reins, is easy to ride, and has a great mind; even when he is unsure he asks for the answer and is easy enough for someone inexperienced to get along with him. He is easy to saddle and bridle and good with his feet.
He is just simple to get along with, we have really enjoyed having him in our program.
I think he would be great for many things and many different riders. He loves the trail and he has been great for the kids in the lesson camp program learning how to ride! He is really sweet on the ground too! Stands tied quietly, doesn’t paw, and enjoys people.
He is good for the vet and farrier. He is also up to date on all vaccines, wormer, floating, and is healthy with no current maintenance.
Come and check him out! He’s going to be a great addition to a family. We are going to miss him terribly!
