This is "MIDNIGHT CHROME", a fancy, naturally gaited, smooth, and easy to ride BLACK KENTUCKY MOUNTAIN MARE that is a seasoned trail horse. This mare stands 15.2 hands tall and is 5 years old. She is extremely pretty and really stands out with her big blaze face. She has a natural 4 beat gait that is so easy to sit, she will canter when asked, and she walks out nicely on a loose rein. This mare will go anywhere bravely out on the trails. She crosses the deep water, goes up and down the steep terrain, and can handle the rocky stream beds. She has excellent ground manners, she stands to tack, mount, and groom. She has been ridden on the roads and is traffic safe. She rides out alone, in a group, and will lead or follow. She is fine with dogs, side by sides, and tractors. She has been hauled to the open shows and shown in country pleasure. She is a super nice mare that is a great gaited horse to have around.
