"LEVI" Bay Roan Gelding Draft

Levi it’s a very handsome and well-made Quarter Draft cross bay roan 4 year old, 15+ hand gelding. This is a very gentle and good minded gelding with a wonderful personality. Loves people and attention. He is very smooth traveling and is an absolute pleasure to work with and to ride in the arena as well as out on the trails. In the arena Levi will hold collection when asked. He has a smooth and easy to sit jog and will lope out on cue. He takes his leads, has a good stop, backs up with ease and has an easy one hand neck rein. He will side pass with ease to work gates and is an absolute pleasure to ride out anywhere. On the trail, you couldn’t ask for a more steady and surefooted mount. Levi will ride quietly in any position of a group as well as out on his own. Will fearlessly lead, ride in the middle with respect to horses in front and behind him and is fine about being last. He crosses water with ease whether it being a small creek or a big river. He crosses the trail bridges, deadfall, tarps as well as all types of trail obstacles with confidence and zero hesitation.When riding around our busy neighborhood streets, Levi is very solid and settled. He is unconcerned about all the fast passing vehicles as well as the neighborhood dogs that ambush us as they run up barking. He is equally settled about everything else we encounter when riding in an urban environment. Levi is a great ranch horse and has been used on the ranch for all ranch horse chores including sorting, gathering, ranch roping, working and sorting cattle and for shipping cattle. Levi has a disposition of an aged gelding and is a very settled and confident horse. He stands quiet tied to be groomed, tacked or mounted and loads and hauls great, gets along turned out with all other livestock and is equally good in a small pen or box stall. This is a truly special horse and I would be keeping him in a heartbeat for myself if we kept personal horses. He is 100% safe, sane and sound and has no vices or bad habits of any kind.
