"Kidd G" Bay Gelding Quarter Horse

Kidd G is a handsome 3-year-old, triple-registered (AQHA/APHA/PtHA) bay overo gelding standing approximately 15.2 hands tall. With his striking blue eyes, flashy markings, and kind disposition, he’s sure to catch attention wherever he goes.

Kidd G has a solid foundation and is the type of young horse that is always willing to do what you ask of him. He rides quietly at the walk, trot, and lope, is more “whoa” than “go” by nature and has been a fun horse to continue riding and exposing to new experiences.

He has been ridden through the cow and calf pastures, where he is happy to go wherever he’s asked. Whether checking cattle, riding through open fields, or heading down the trail, Kidd G has a willing attitude and enjoys having a job.

Most recently, Katelyn hauled Kidd G to our local Fiddler Fest while vendors and workers were setting up for the event. With equipment being moved, sidewalks being spray painted, traffic, and plenty of activity around town, Kidd G remained quiet and willing throughout the ride. He has also proven himself to be traffic safe.

Kidd G has also been exposed to ranch obstacles, tracked the roping dummy, been ridden English and Western, and has even popped over small jumps. He has the athletic ability to go in many different directions while still maintaining the quiet mindset that makes him enjoyable to ride.

On the ground, Kidd G is easy to catch, stands quietly tied, loads and unloads well, bathes, stands well for the farrier, and gets along well with other horses. He is currently shod and ready to go.
