"Jets Two-Eyed Maudie ( "Jett" )" Sorrel Mare Appendix

Older mare, but HEALTHY and sound, still spunky and "fast", understand that. She has been very well taken care of her whole life . Has never had any musculo-skeletal injuries. Used for trail riding in open-spaces up in Colorado. ( not mountains). Currently a little bit lazy and spoiled, due to owner unable to ride because of chronic back problems and being 73 yrs old. Anyone with experience can easily bring her back up to working for a living in no time. I would recommend at least an "Intermediate" rider. She is tall and fast, as I said. Trailers fine. Cooperative with Farrier and Vet. Worms easy, UTD with shots. Easy keeper on grass hay ( like Bermuda). Great feet , barefoot, only needs trimming every 10 mos. Used to geldings, always lowest in pecking order when turned out. What else can I tell you ? Please ask. Owner only re-homing because of inability to ride any more, she's going to waste.
