Jay as we call him is a 7yr old Quarter horse gelding with the pretty red roan color that checks all the boxes.

Jay stands the perfect height of 14.3 hands but is stout enough to carry any size rider. Jay is well-trained and very easy to ride, he neck reins, side passes and has a good stop. Jay rides great outside or in the arena and will pick up both his leads and has an easy way of going. Jay has a smooth walk, trot, and slow smooth canter making him easy and comfortable to ride. Jay is laid back and loves attention. Jay is very safe making him a great kid's horse or husband's horse or anybody that wants an easy-going horse. Jay has been on miles of trails up in the mountain and we have taken him down the main highway into town and he is not bothered by all the traffic and big equipment. Jay rides the same everyday whether he is ridden once a day or once a month. Jay does well with turnout in a mixed herd and is the first to meet you at the gate. Jay does not easily get rattled, we have exposed him to bouncy balls, flapping tarps and taken him over and through all kinds of obstacles and he does not get phased by any of it.

Jay is very child friendly, my 3 year old son can get him out and brush him and lead him all around the barnyard and Jay enjoys all of it.

I think Jay would be a great fit for any level rider to have and enjoy. Jay goes out by himself or in a group with no hesitation.

Jay stands to be tacked and mounted and to be brushed and washed. Jay also rides bareback and without a bridle if you so choose.

Jay is up to date on farrier, dewormer and had his teeth done in November. Jay sells safe and sound with no vices and is ready to move into his forever home.
