"Jade" Black Mare Percheron

Jade is a 16 year old 17.3 hand black Percheron mare. She is a bomb proof beginner safe trail horse that also rides and drives. I was fortunate enough to be able to pull some out of a catalog draft sale so they wouldn't spend this awful hot summer in the fields working. She is very kind sweet and easy going. She will ride out alone around the farm or you can load her up on the trailer easily and take her to a trail she's never been to and she'll ride there just like she would anywhere else like she's always been there. She virtually is all whoa and no go but will walk trot and canter. She'll be the first one at the gate when she sees you and she is very easy in every aspect of dealing with in her everyday chores. She is great for the farrier that is at the very end of the video. She is easy going with the vet. Her ground manners are exactly what you would want out of a gentle giant. She's very quiet to even put a guest on that is visiting that is never been on a horse before. She will also drive single or double it would be great at teaching a beginner how to drive also. I am not interested in sending her to a place that's going to use her for commercial work I want her to go to a family to love on her. She deserves that in her life. She is barefoot with a recent trim and a fresh coggins and up-to-date on worming.
