Hombre is a 9yr old AQHA beautiful bay gelding standing 15 hands tall and has the sweetest personality. Hombre stands quietly when tied, loads and unloads easily on and off trailer, bathes, and stands quietly to saddle and mount.
If youβre looking for that calm, cool, honest, collected and will take care of you type of horse then Hombre is you man! There isnβt much he hasnβt seen or done. Hombre has been a ranch horse in Nebraska's big country the past 7yrs. He has been over the big hills and knows what a full day's work is. He has doctored yearlings in the pasture, drug a lot of calves at brandings, gathered cattle, sorting's and loading trucks. Hombre is tough and can take a lot of miles. When heβs not working the cattle, heβs been trail ridden many miles and has seen the sites with different terrain. Hombre is just a jack of all trades with no job or trail too big or small for him. He genuinely loves having a job and taking care of his owner. Hombre is absolutely a blast to ride out on the trail he will cross whatever you put in front of him and point him at. He doesnβt care how deep the water, bridges, big logs, steep ditches he will make you rethink your life choices-he crosses them all while taking care of his rider the entire way. He rides down the trail on a loose rein and low headed. Hombre will ride out alone or in a group it doesnβt matter to him if he is in the front, middle or back heβs just happy to be out riding.
Hombre is super broke, one hand neck rein, soft in the bridle, he will walk, trot, and lope circles always picking up the correct leads. He will side pass to open and close gates and stops off your seat just sit and say whoa and be ready for him to stop.
He can go right back to work or hit the trails; it honestly doesn't matter to him as long as he gets to go along. Hombre isn't just a horse, he's the kind that makes long days shorter, hard jobs easier, and trail rides better. If you're looking for one you can trust and count on... Hombre might just be your guy. Hombre is a sweet in your pocket type of guy that loves having all the attention you want to give him. He gets along with others in the pasture and will stall great as well.
