Goat Cheese is a 13.2h, 8yr old, grade POA gelding who has primarily been used as a kids trail horse. He has been used to gather and sort hundreds of cattle. Been to the chuck wagon races and overnight trail rides in large groups and alone. He will cross anything you point him at. He has also doctored some smaller calves out in the pasture. If you can kick and steer, you can ride this horse and will enjoy doing it. He’s not your typical “bad attitude” pony. He enjoys having a job, knows when he has a kid on his back and will take care of them. He would be a great addition to any lesson program, as we use him for our beginner lessons. This is the type of horse every family needs for their first horse. Little to no maintenance, easy to get along with, great personality and the fact that he’s cute doesn’t hurt either! Goat Cheese does meet all requirements for hardship POA papers as well. We will continue to use him in our lesson program until the day he finds his next adventure.
