If youβre looking for a FUN, versatile pony with a great mind and a willing attitude, this 13-year-old pony gelding checks all the boxes! He has all of the experience and talent to do just about anything you ask of him.
Eagle is simple to ride, knows his leg cues, will side pass, open gates, neck rein, etc. He has had the important task of being responsible with the kids, whether they want to go down the trail, lope circles and play tag, take a trip through the obstacle course, or even rope steers! He will track cattle all day long, whether they want to breakaway, heel, or just have fun!
Donβt let his size fool you! This pony has been over a ton of country with a little girl in tow, gathering cattle, sorting, doctoring and doing all aspects of ranch work on a popular ranch here in southwest Missouri. He has real miles under his belt and can cover some ground!
Aside from western use, he also rides under english tack and loves to jump! Did I also mention he drives? Eagle is broke to a cart and will harness easily for you to take him on an evening drive!
This pony has a kind disposition and a ton of personality. Heβs easy to catch and handle, and is a pleasure to groom, tack up, haul, and stand for the farrier. He gets along well with other horses and is healthy, sound, and up to date on dental care, deworming, and farrier work.
