He's a great trail horse; we just haven't ridden him enough recently. Very experienced — loads, easy keeper, lots of trail miles. Best for an intermediate rider. He's had a light layoff (family injury) and wants a short tune-up back under saddle, then he's a solid trail horse again. A bit rough with the farrier — not a beginner or kids-first horse.
