Elliott is a wonderful sweet gelding that basically comes to you to tack up. Has done everything I’ve asked him to do on the trail. Over logs, water, bridges and trailblazing. Rides in groups, can lead or follow and can go out on the trails alone without a problem. Elliott spent the first 10 years of his life as a cross country eventing horse with level one dressage training. Currently being used as a trail horse only. He is very smart and willing to please. Elliott enjoys working in an arena, round pen or on the trails. Trails being his favorite! He stands, tied quietly, for the Ferrier and vet, bathes and has no problem with fly spray. He has shoes on his front feet only due to rocky trails in my area, but has been barefoot much of his life. He just had his feet trimmed and shoes reset July 18, 2025. He just had his veterinary exam with vaccines June 30, 2025. He had his teeth examined at that time and a float was not needed. His last float was February 2024. Wormed March 2025. Due to a back surgery a few years ago it is not comfortable for me to ride any longer. Elliott is a big strong healthy beautiful sweet guy with A LOT yet to give. No buck, rear, bite or spook.
