Cincinnati was hand-selected as a yearling to be started in the Leatherwood Farm colt program. Bred by well-known and successful breeder Ted Nelms, his gait and demeanor are a testament to the decades the Nelms family has devoted to developing great pleasure horses. Meet Cincinnati, a remarkable 2-year-old registered Tennessee Walking Horse gelding standing 15.2 hands tall. For his age, Cincinnati is a very mature, calm horse with a quiet disposition and willing attitude. He has a natural gait and the kind of mind that makes him enjoyable to be around both in the barn and on the trail. In the barn, Cincinnati has great manners. He stands quietly for the farrier, enjoys grooming, and is easy to saddle. He is respectful to handle and has the solid foundation that Leatherwood horses are known for. On the trail, Cincinnati does an excellent job. He handles different terrain well, travels willingly, and manages the trails with confidence.
