He has a smooth, comfortable gait and absolutely loves trail riding. He will go out alone or with a group and has been around dogs, kids, and traffic without issue. He loads well, stands for the farrier, and stands for baths.
Chi Chi is best suited for an intermediate rider or someone experienced and comfortable with young horses. He has been jumpy in the past, although he does not buck. He needs a calm, confident rider who knows how to stay relaxed and help a young horse work through moments of uncertainty. With the right rider and continued consistency, he has a lot of potential.

Chi Chi does have two slightly twisted front knees and is somewhat conformationally challenged. This does not currently affect his riding or gait, but it is something a potential buyer should be aware of and evaluate with their own veterinarian.

Chi Chi is not being represented as a finished or bombproof horse—he is a young horse with a great foundation, an exceptional personality, and plenty of room to continue developing. He needs someone who will continue his education and give him the consistency and confidence that a young horse needs.
