This is "CHERRY PIE", a real pretty, super smooth, naturally gaited, well broke SORREL KENTUCKY MOUNTAIN MARE that anyone can ride. This mare is 5 years old and stands 15 hands tall. She has been hauled to the open shows and shown in country pleasure. She has been used for checking cattle in the pastures and trail riding. She will willingly go through deep water and cross any type of trail obstacle she encounters. She is an attractive mare with a pretty sorrel color and a flaxen mane and tail. She is sure footed through the rocky stream beds and takes her time on the steep ground. This mare has excellent ground manners, she gets along well with other horses, is traffic safe, and fine with dogs. She moves out when asked yet will not go any faster than you ask of her. She rides relaxed and calm on a loose rein. She will canter when asked and is easy to stop and steer. She has been hauled to state parks and been tied to a picket line overnight.
