Ziggy is a cute 18 yr. old grade Arabian gelding. He stands 14 hands and is a flea-bitten gray. Ziggy is a nice little trail horse, and not much seems to bother him. He rides out with a group anywhere in the line. We haven’t tried him out alone, so can’t say for sure, but he’d probably do fine. We took him to a couple of roping practices and he had no problems with all the horses, cattle, and ropes. We even tracked a few steers and he didn’t mind one bit. We haven’t used him for kids, but we think he would make a great step up horse. He’s good with time off, doesn’t get fresh or cold backed, and isn’t spooky. He’s not hard to catch if you’re handling him regularly, but if you turn him out all winter he’ll be standoffish in the spring. Ziggy stands tied, loads, is good with his feet, stands for the farrier and has shod in the summers. He is UTD and sells sound.
