Gulf Poley Australian Saddle for sale in Colorado

The Gulf Poley is a heavy duty ranch and trail saddle designed for years of hard riding. The tree is adjustable wood and aluminum, while the seat is web-suspended for long ride comfort and the fenders swing off a stirrup bar in the dressage position. The seat has a 5" dip, the knee pads are 4 1/2" high, and the leather is premium cowhide.

The Gulf Poley features a western style girthing system or can be rigged for a modified center fire rigging in the front, plus the saddle has a back ring for a rear cinch or more traditional center fire rigging. This saddle has a d-ring mounted through the tree on each side and a d-ring mounted through the skirt in the front so you can choose to use one or the other for normal western girthing or you can run straps through both rings in a modified center fire rigging to give more stability to the saddle. You can also use either of these rings and the rear cinch ring to do a more traditional center fire rigging for those hard to fit barrel horses, donkeys, or mules. The saddle comes available in a two-tone brown or an all black style with silver fittings. Opting for a horn adds $100 to the price.

This saddle comes with western style fenders, nylon off-side strap, on-side tackaberry buckle with nylon strap, standard western stirrups (STIR 970), and a neoprene cinch.
