10 paddocks with shelter (28’x10’) for lease. These training horse pens are conveniently located steps away from the indoor arena. This lease includes access and use of the arenas. The obstacle course, including a water obstacle and swinging bridge, allows easy access to development tools. We can lease the property out per pen/horse for $500/m (where we provide brome hay and water). Or you can lease the whole property with the arenas $2,500/m.
