???? We are proud to offer this stunning, one-of-a-kind, 16.1 hand double registered Friesian Sporthorse mare, Nyx at Night. This young mare has her whole life ahead of her and is ready to be your partner. She is in-your-pocket friendly and bonds deeply with her person. Nyx absolutely loves to be out on the trails and will lead or follow and go anywhere you ask her. She really walks out and can cover some ground with her big fancy movement. She has been through obstacle courses and handled everything with ease. She will cross deadfall, icy bridges, and can handle rough terrain. She has even carried the pack saddle and has done overnight camping trips of 15 miles! In general, this fancy girl has more whoa than go but can move out when asked. Nyx has a soft handle and will move off your leg ques, side pass, open gates, backs up, steps up to the mounting block or fence to mount, and meets you at the gate to be caught. She has three nice gaits and will walk, trot, and lope when asked. We have tracked and roped calves in the arena and she really enjoys ranch work. She has been desensitized with tarps, ropes, and flags and has even carried the American Flag ???????? in the arena. She would make a STUNNING queening or parade horse as everywhere she goes she draws a crowd. Nyx is wonderful for the farrier, easy to saddle, and will drop her head to be bridled. She trailers excellent and has absolutely NO buck, rear, kick, or bite. She is a very gentle and willing partner. Due to her young age, she is not quite ready for an inexperienced rider, but we feel with more time she will be a horse the whole family can safely enjoy. Her sire, LITRIK FAN SYNAEDA, is well known in the Friesian world. He was imported and earned his “ster," meaning he is one of the best-rated stallions in the world. Nyx’s dam is a beautiful Percheron x Friesian mare that is gentle for the entire family. Nyx is the perfect combination of Friesian (3/4) and Percheron (1/4) and would excel in the arena, on the ranch, or travelling down the trail. This beautiful girl has unlimited potential ready to be unlocked by you! Nyx has clean legs and has never taken a lame step. She has one small strictly cosmetic scar on her face from when she was a foal. Horses of this QUALITY rarely come around and we are excited to be able to offer such an extraordinary mare!
