Max is a 10-year-old registered sorrel MFT gelding. I purchased him at two years old, trained him, and started trail riding him at 3. He is light and responsive and moves off your leg well. I have trail-ridden him extensively in Falling Waters, Shawnee, Hocking Hills, and many other places. He self-loads and unloads out of my slant load trailer. He rides quietly in the trailer alone or with others, no matter how long the journey is. He can stroll with the Quarter Horses and speed it up to ride with his gaited friends. He rides alone and with others. Max walks up to the mounting block and stands to be mounted. He does everything a trail horse should. He loves obstacle courses. He is easy to catch and loves to be ridden and worked. He has been stabled alone and has no issues with it. He is out 24/7 with a run-in stall. He is stalled in bad weather. He is barefoot currently, but I shoe him for the riding season. He wears Easy Boots well.
