“EPR BIG EXPECTATIONS”, aka Geronimo, is double registered in the PtHA and APHA as 2020 model (3yr old) Tobiano Gelding. Geronimo stands 16.3hh and will possibly mature to be that 17hh mark. Geronimo is made correct and has a solid foundation under him. Here is an exceptional gelding we have here on our farm ready to offer. Geronimo has been shown in the hunter under saddle, hunter pleasure, hunter/jumpers, and even the ranch pleasure riding. Geronimo is a versatile horse that could head in any direction and ready to even hit the show ring. Geronimo has also been used in various youth lesson programs. Just being a 3yr old, Geronimo has the mindset of a 20yr old. This is a gelding with no funny business that anybody can ride! Geronimo will ride both English and western. He will walk, trot, and canter. He has a big floaty trot to him, with a well collected smooth canter. Geronimo picks up both leads, he swaps his leads, and will lope nice circles. Geronimo is soft in the bridle and works off leg pressure. He will neck rein, side pass, and backup. We have jumped Geronimo around a course of fences and he’s always ready to please! He knows exactly how to take care of his rider. Geronimo has also been on tons of trails. He will go out alone or with others. He crosses over the logs and goes through the water with no hesitation. Wherever you point this guy, he will go! Geronimo stands to get saddled, unsaddled, mounted, and dismounted from. As well as standing well for the farrier and equine dentist. He loves being brushed and bathed. Geronimo is our absolute favorite in the barn! He is super sweet and always in your pocket. Geronimo does well inside and out, he’s always easy to catch. He loads, unloads, and ties great. There is not a bad thing we can say about this gelding. We absolutely love this guy and love having him around!
