Talk about a Jaw dropper...this gorgeous looking quarter horse/draft cross gelding that is very well broke and rides just as good as he looks!! He's got all the bells and whistles of a quarter horse and the laid back personality of a gentle giant all in the compact size of 15.3 hands and 4 yrs old...you just don't want to miss this guy!

Canyon is the Real deal and has a true one hand neck rein, sidepass to open and close gates in the saddle. He's got a good stop and a 1 step lope plus he's got a Smooth walk-trot-canter. He has seen lots of miles on the trail as well as worked some cattle and check fences. He will ride out alone with absolutely no problem or will also ride great in a group. He is not barn or buddy sour and he is the same horse every time. He gets along well with other horses and ponies and has excellent stall manners. He's also a true gentleman on the ground and loves attention from the children grooming him!! He will stand for the farrier and is great to be tacked up and stands excellent to mount

Canyon has a sweet puppy dog personality yet he is very smart and learns quickly. He works very well off your leg pressure and is super soft in the bridle. We've taken him to state parks on trail rides. He loads and trailers well. He will go through water and over logs with no problem. He is surefooted even in rough terrain. Canyon will also hook up and drive so whether you want to take him out on a trail ride or a Sunday afternoon drive he is your man.

Canyon is also learning to lay down on command and he is doing very well. He will play ball and you can crack a bullwhip on his back. The kids love riding double, carry the flag and all.
