"Buttercup" is an easy, no nonsense little starter horse / large pony. She has been through 2 families, and taught several kids to ride. Very uncomplicated, point, and shoot and easy. Not super fancy or super fast, but solid and will let them get the miles they need to move up. The last 2 girls that had her did very low level entry level hunter jumper shows, and did the playdays and the speed events on her, then stepped up to faster horses. Buttercup will ride one handed or two handed, has a good stop, trots circles, lopes circles and catches both of her leads. Will ride out alone, or in a group. Has tons of trial riding miles and is dead quiet in parades and traffic. Don't miss this one, these are few and far between in this price range in todays market!
