Chloe is a very nice mare. She requires maintenance to stay perfectly sound. She is great on the trails and is well trained. She has been through a lot of training using natural horsemanship methods because it is fun. She rides off your seat and on a loose rein. She has been through Dressage Naturally because it was fun and insightful. She has camped out overnight and gone on midnight trail rides. She has been around large groups of horses and wagons. She can get excited at the first moments of a big trail ride but she understands one rein stops. She comes with an Ansur treeless dressage saddle in size petite, saddle pads, girth, and a nice natural horsemanship bridle. She will go with one of her natural horsemanship halters and stick. This equipment is worth a lot and can be resold. Approved home ONLY!!! This is a super nice horse for a super cheap price so this will be inforced. That means either a boarding situation or a nice home farm with a horse barn and approved horse fenced turnout. Seller, me, gets first right to refuse if you plan on reselling her. Horses are expensive and the purchase price is nothing compared to regular health maintenance and feed. This horse has been extensively trained to respond to pressure, if you do not understand the pressure release training, either learn it or move to another horse. This horse is looking for pressure to release from so she can get a reward. If you pull the reins, she will back up. If you are not prepared for his, you may drop the reins and get scared. This will teach her a bad habit because you released the pressure when you DID NOT want her to back up. See what I mean? I recorded 30 days of rides with her this past summer. She has been ridden since but I didn't bother to video it. I am happy to show this horse to you if you are serious because you can only really make a decision by seeing and riding her yourself. I have linked one of the videos.Read more
