Dolly is a sweet as they come. She meets you at the gate, is very easy to catch and is always ready to go for a ride. She is very well broke, stays broke with time off. No non-sense or silliness with her. Dolly has an excellent one handed neck rein, lopes out of her tracks slow and smooth. She knows her leads and has a pretty stop on the hind end. She always carries her head nice and level. She is excellent on the trail, is sure footed and goes where you ask without hesitation. She has been rode for miles in the mountains, in some very rough and rocky terrain. We have done everything on the ranch from doctoring, tagging calves, gathering and sorting. She is good in tight spaces with cattle crowding her in the alleyways. She has been ridden by all ages and she is kid safe. Not only is she gentle, kind and solid broke she has excellent conformation, well balanced, nice head, good neck, short back and round hip with good bone structure and hooves. Dolly rides both English and western too. She is a favorite around the ranch and we get compliments on her everywhere we go. She has no vices or bad habits. Stands tied patiently all day. She gets along well with all the other horses and mules. Dolly is also good with dogs, poultry, llamas, pigs and all the wildlife, none of it bothers her. She is happy in a box stall or out in a herd. Dolly stands great for the farrier and is good for the vet. She is up to date on worming, vaccinations and farrier.
