Hunter is a 10 year old Spotted saddle horse gelding standing at 15’1hh. He is an ‘in your pocket’ type of horse but also respects your space and is easy to catch anywhere. Hunter stands like a perfect gentleman for the farrier, mounting, grooming, and bathing. He loads and hauls wonderfully and gets along well with other horses in the pasture. Hunter crosses water with ease and can navigate the steepest embankment. He is sure-footed, strong and athletic. Hunter has a very smooth, natural gait and will move all day long on a loose rein. He has been ridden extensively in the mountains of Kentucky and Tennessee, in heavy traffic, around farm equipment, dogs, and ATVs. He is confident on the trail with a willingness to go where you point him.
