Utah Man Reunited With Horse After 8 Years Apart
News General Equestrian
He will stand tied all day. He stands tied to a tie line as well. Loads the best and stands nicely in the trailer.
He stands patiently to be saddled. Stands perfectly for the farrier.
Stalls great. He does not weave, pace or crib.
He can be pastured with mares or geldings with no issues.
Stands for a bath.
We have used him to drag goats to and from different pens. We have used him for an extra horse when we have company that might not know how to ride. We know he is safe for anyone, and they will have an enjoyable ride on Cajun.
Cajun has been to the ocean, and my little girl could easily control him and have him enter the water, which can sometimes be very scary the first time, but Cajun takes everything in stride like he has seen it 100 times.
He is big enough and stout enough, made to handle an adult rider but calm and patient enough for a child. I had no problem letting my little girl ride him alongside a very busy main highway while we were in Texas.
He has a really nice little gait and the best short lope I have ever sat on.
He is easy to catch. If you are looking for a safe and easy riding horse, this is the horse.
Please watch the video. I know it is long, but I think you will see just how safe and fun Cajun is.
The pictures are of him in his everyday clothes. I walked out and grabbed him this morning and snapped the pictures
