Utah Man Reunited With Horse After 8 Years Apart
News General Equestrian
Tres is a 7-year-old, registered, Arabian gelding. You won't meet a sweeter boy! He loves to be groomed and doted on, but is also respectful of your personal space and has excellent ground manners. I originally purchased Tres as a dressage project and showed him at several local dressage shows. While Tres has the athletic ability to excel in the sport, he simply did not enjoy competing in the dressage ring. He would much rather be out on the trails or hacking in a field than in a big show arena. I believe you should not force a horse to perform in a discipline they do not enjoy, therefore, I have decided that the best decision for Tres is to find him a new home. Tres would excel in endurance or just as a pleasure horse. He is a very special boy and I will be careful that he is placed in the best home possible. Tres is still young and would do best with a confident rider who has the experience to be the leader and show him that everything is ok. Tres is looking for a new partner and best friend. He definitely needs his own person as he attaches himself to one individual and would do anything for them. He is such a loving horse, he would be a young, experienced rider's dream companion. Tres is UDT on farrier work, teeth floating, and vaccinations. He stands to be bathed and loads like a dream. Tres is gorgeous and flashy, an absolute head turner with his movement as well. He moves off leg pressure and listens well to your seat. Quiet hands are a must as he has a light, sensitive mouth. He isn't fussy, he just needs someone that will respect his mouth and ride with their body. If you are interested and would like to make an offer or see his video, please contact me.
