**THIS HORSE IS LOCATED IN Pauls Valley OK**
Stormy-9 yr. old 14.2 h grade dapple grey Kentucky Mountain Gelding. He was raised in the Kentucky Hills and has been trail ridden through most of them and the surrounding states. He has a very smooth flat walk and a running walk that will cover a lot of ground. Also has a faster rambling gait if you want to go faster. He is gaited and will bob his head and cover ground if that’s what you want. He is good in a group or on the trail by himself. He crosses water, bridges, quiet in traffic. Stands for saddeling, takes the bit good, also stands to bath, clip and trim. Loads easily. He was allowed to turn around and walk out of trailer, but we’re working on backing up and backing out of the trailer. Has been tied on a picket line, hobbled, doesn’t pull back.
I bought him 2 years ago and live in Oklahoma. My first gaited horse. He is so smooth and a dream to ride. I’m older (ha ha) and don’t get sore when I only ride occasionally. That’s a selling point to this ole cowgirl. We have learned together as I had only ever ridden ‘cowponies’ He is a very willing mount that likes to learn new things.
Stormy is a beautiful dapple grey and you’ll look good on the trail year around on him. He’s standing in the pasture as I’m busy working and don’t have the time I wanted to ride. He deserves more companionship. Don’t miss this special horse.
