Wool flocked panels with wool serge panels. Flaps measure 15.5 inches from the stirrup bar down and 13 inches across. This saddle has nice front blocks and air flow knee pads, you just sink right in. D rings on both side was well has the back cantle. This saddle has the most beautiful grippy leather and is very comfortable. This saddle has not flaws to mention and looks almost new.
