Shiloh is a 6 year old, DHH X, gelding. This handsome boy stands right around 15.3hh. Not only does he have all the flashy markings, he has the sweetest personality to match. He is truly a people oriented horse, and we want to find this special boy his perfect match.

In the ring, Shiloh has a nice walk, trot, canter, foundation both ways. He is extremely sensible and has no naughty habits or behavior. This young horse has so much potential and could truly go any direction. We think he’d excel in dressage! He is always up for whatever you ask of him, and he has the most honest demeanor. He’s the perfect in between of go and whoah. He will happily walk around on a loose rein, or pick up and go when he’s asked. He’s sensible enough for an AA/JR rider to continue to bring along with a trainer.

On the trail, Shiloh will lead or follow. He’s brave and thoroughly enjoys being out on the trails. He will have his ears forward the whole ride enjoying the view. He goes through bridges, into the creek, swimming, and he can canter out in the field with no hesitation. He’s been desensitized to dogs, bikes, traffic, equipment, tarps, smoke, joggers, and mini bikes. He will jump logs and small fences out on the trails, and he looks cute doing it! He’d be an ideal horse to take fox hunting, or out on hunter paces. He’s an extremely fun ride and always makes us smile.

Over jumps, Shiloh has been started slowly and correctly. He is doing X rails and small verticals in the ring and he is always honest. He has been out XC schooling and he was an absolute star. He went right through the water combinations and over the little logs and coops with no questions asked. He still has a lot to learn, however he couldn’t be doing better for what we’ve asked of him.

This boy is a barn favorite and is always a pleasure to handle. He’s behaved to tack up, groom, and clip. He gets along with all the other horses, and he loads into the trailer easily. He picks up all four feet nicely, and is behaved for the farrier and dentist. He’s used to the dogs running around his legs, and he has no buck, bite, rear, or kick. This guy needs his own person and we want the best home for him!

Shiloh is UTD on shots, deworming, farrier, coggins, and dentist.
